The House of Doma.
How a single side of Hanwoo is handled — that, to us, is what the name Doma stands for. The same dawn, the same hands, the same wooden board, every day.

On the cutting board, every day.
The name Doma comes from the simplest Korean word for a wooden cutting board. Every morning we hand-prepare Hanwoo and pork ourselves, slicing along the grain one cut at a time. Nothing is pre-cut — an honest slice is where Doma begins.

Real charcoal — the fire of Korea.
Doma Hongdae insists on real charcoal. A short, intense heat that gas cannot match — and an aroma only charcoal can give. The same cut of galbi becomes something else entirely on our grill.

Five minutes from Hongik University Station Exit 9. Walk down the alley off Yanghwa-ro 16-gil and you'll see the familiar line outside. Blue-Ribbon-listed Korean BBQ in Hongdae — Doma is where international guests and local regulars share the same cut at the same table.
